Windows 10 Fix Attempting Repair Hang

Windows 10 Stuck in Attempting Repairs
If you try to reset the Pc it say's "the drive is locked" And you have no access to repair your windows drive then follow this tutorial.....
Step-1
install new windows to new drive temporarly
Note : You should not install to corrupted windows drive which is saying attempting repairs
Step-2
after installing go to windows drive and copy windows folder
Step-3
Then open the corrupted drive then replace windows folder with this new windows folder
Done.........
